5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Similarly, if you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 (twenty-five) times. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to directly activate another bonus.
• There may be restrictions on using a bonus in certain games.
• 558hb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violation of these conditions may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or using abusive language toward other users.
• Operating gaming on behalf of a minor.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors and failing to report them immediately.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 558hb

558hb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities.

In cases of fraud, all funds in the account may be forfeited.
